 Biasshop สามารถชำระเงินได้หลากหลายช่องทาง สะดวก และปลอดภัย ให้คุณสามารถทำการซื้อและชำระสินค้า โดยใช้บัตรเครดิต/เดบิต กระเป๋าเงินดิจิตอล และอื่นๆทั้งในประเทศไทยและต่างประเทศ

 ระยะเวลาจัดส่งสินค้า

 เวลาที่ใช้ในการจัดส่งมักจะขึ้นอยู่กับประเทศหรือสถานที่ที่คุณเลือก จัดส่งภายใน 14 วันหลังจากทำการสั่งซื้อโดยชำระเงินเสร็จสมบูรณ์และได้รับอีเมลยืนยัน หากคุณได้ทำการสั่งซื้อแล้ว

DELIVERY TIME

 Delivery time usually depends on the country or location you select. Ships within 14 days 

of placing your order with complete payment and confirmation email received. If you have already made an order please check at “My account” because it has a tracking number.

 *however Some of our items are pre-order items. Please make sure you read the product description carefully before placing an order. Because there will be a notification of the expected date of receiving the product.

ค่าจัดส่งสินค้า 

 ค่าจัดส่งไม่รวมอยู่ในราคาสินค้า เมื่อคุณเลือกประเทศสำหรับจัดส่งของคุณที่หน้า “CHECKOUT” แล้ว ค่าธรรมเนียมการจัดส่งขั้นสุดท้ายจะแสดงขึ้น ค่าจัดส่งคิดสำหรับการจัดส่งครั้งเดียวเท่านั้น 

 Biasshop จะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อค่าจัดส่งครั้งต่อไปเนื่องจากข้อมูลที่ลูกค้าให้ไว้ไม่ถูกต้องหรือการจัดส่งซ้ำหลังจากที่ลูกค้าไม่สามารถรับการจัดส่งในการจัดส่งครั้งแรก คุณจะต้องรับผิดชอบในการชำระค่าจัดส่งของคุณเองสำหรับการส่งคืนสินค้าของคุณ ค่าขนส่งไม่สามารถขอคืนได้

SHIPPING FEES

 Shipping fee is not included in the product price. Once you have selected your shipping country at the “CHECKOUT” page, the final shipping fee will be shown.The shipping fee is charged only for one time shipment. 

 Biasshop shall not be liable for next shipment charges due to wrong information provided by customer or re-delivery after customer is unavailable to take delivery in the first delivery.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

การเปลี่ยน และรับคืนสินค้า 

สินค้าที่จำหน่ายไม่สามารถขอคืนได้เว้นแต่จะได้รับสินค้าที่ไม่ถูกต้องหรือมีตำหนิที่ได้รับการพิจารณาแล้วว่าสมควรที่จะปรับเปลี่ยน เพื่อให้เข้าเงื่อนไขที่จะสามารถคืนสินค้าและขอคืนเงินในภายหลัง สินค้าจะต้องยังไม่ได้ใช้งานและอยู่ในสภาพเดิม โดยมีแท็กและ/หรือบรรจุภัณฑ์เดิมไม่บุบสลาย

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY 
 

Products sold are not refundable unless you received an incorrect item(s) or any defective item(s). To be eligible for a return and subsequently a refund, your item must be unused and in its original condition, with original tags and/or packaging intact.

Please note that “incorrect item” does not include subjective reasons such as the product not being up to your expectations and/or a change of mind. Therefore, we cannot accept returns because you do not want the product anymore.

Refunds on returns are issued after the product has been received and processed. Refunds are in the original form of payment.
